If you cant find the mods folder, then you need to find another video on how to operate a computer. For those whom are having the update error, Kvvanzabot explained a fix in the comments, but I pasted it here, below. There are some files that cannot be installed via these manager, such as ENB lighting setups or various plugins for New Vegas, but so long as you follow all the installation instructions to the letter you shouldn't have any problems. You can add them through the manager using the add mod from file button in the left panel. It does take some knowledge about modding to use the FOMOD, but there are some excellent tutorials available for both FOMM and NMM to help get you started.
